The lower level contains a prep kitchen, changing room with a private shower, green room and storage room. Gender neutral restrooms are available on the first level. Leather couches are available along with tables and chairs to transform the space. The Flat embodies an industrial chic aesthetic merged with accents of vibrant art. It includes a photo-worthy red Marroquin telephone booth and a pink neon light fixture. The cast iron staircase leads to a modern-furnished lounge area overlooking the main floor.
