450 ft x 90 ft layout falls into the scale of classic 1930’s film stages of Warner Brothers, Paramount, 20th Century Fox etc.

The design takes into consideration silence from all angles. The heating is radiant heat in the floors with hot water passing through the concrete providing even heating in the winter with silence. We have also incorporated a massive 750,000 BTU forced air system for severe weather conditions when clients demand 72 degrees when its -10. With the radiant heat a 10” foamed ceiling is created to stop the noise from inclement weather conditions. Access to the studio is through 8 roll up doors. There is 3000 sq. ft of office space, with an additional private 2000 sq ft. holding area accessed by 3 roll up doors, one leading directly to the stage for privacy.
